Steel Cutting
The steel cutting lines can be interfaced with a dedicated management program so that they can communicate with one or more forming presses, with the coil storage area and with the control computer.

The steel is cut by the cutting lines especially designed for this purpose, but which also straighten and bend the steel. The steel cutting lines supplied are machines of great value because of their assembly concept and ease of maintenance and especially for their degree of precision and cutting quality, together with high production capacity. Each of our steel cutting machines used is reconditioned and updated at the same time, and new generation motors, drives and controls are installed, the panel and the electrical cables are completely remade; the machines are also equipped with all the modified and updated mechanical components which are gradually installed in the machines in operation. The cutting lines are available with either pneumatic or hydraulic control and can sometimes be coupled with a tube deburring machine to obtain a finished product in a single operation. The tools and machinery used to cut the steel are decidedly state-of-the-art from a technological point of view and can be used to cut steel in addition to the usual milling operations, cutting of stainless steel and assembly of machinery for third parties.

 Costituita nel 1992, la B&W s.r.l. si presenta sul mercato internazionale della prefabbricazione e della costruzione con i propri prodotti e servizi.
Avvalendosi di tecnici altamente qualificati nel settore dell'ingegneria meccanica, la nostra Società offre la progettazione e costruzione di macchinari industriali atti alla lavorazione dell'acciaio utilizzato nel settore edile e nella produzione di strutture in acciaio elettrosaldato (tralicci, reti, gabbie...).
La nostra esperienza, principalmente nei mercati esteri, ci ha dato l'opportunità di farci conoscere nei Paesi Asiatici, Sud Americani ed Europei, fornendoci la capacità di risolvere le molteplici e diverse necessità che ogni Paese richiede nell'ambito della costruzione.
